NeolithAI Agency ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

NeolithAI Agency is a sole-proprietor AI automation studio founded by Yevhenii Nohin, serving clients across the EU & UK. For any privacy question, contact neolith2018ai@gmail.com — we are the data controller for information collected through this site.

2. What we collect

• Contact & newsletter forms: the name, email, company and message you submit. Processed via Netlify Forms.
• AI chat (Neo): the messages you type are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. If you ask to book a call, the conversation may be saved so we can follow up.
• Booking: if you schedule a call, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, time). See Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Technical data: standard server logs and minimal analytics (pages visited, approximate region). We do not build advertising profiles.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To respond to you and provide the services you request — performance of a contract / pre-contract steps.
• To send the newsletter — your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and improve it — our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies

We use a single local preference to remember your cookie choice, language and theme. We use only essential and basic-analytics cookies — no third-party advertising trackers. You can accept or decline analytics via the banner shown on your first visit, and clear them anytime in your browser.

5. Third parties

We share data only with the processors that run this site: Netlify (hosting & forms), OpenAI (chat replies), and Calendly (scheduling). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We never sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions and booking records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for legitimate business records, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email neolith2018ai@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
